Encore Kids is designed to help families discover and save kids' activities. The app is intended to be used by parents, guardians, and other adults on behalf of their households.

• Account information, such as your email address, password, and any name you choose to provide when creating an account.
• Sign in with Apple information, such as the Apple-provided identity token and, when shared by Apple, your name and email address.
• App content and preference data, such as saved favorites and activity completion history associated with your account.
• Technical and usage information that may be collected automatically by our infrastructure providers, such as IP address, device type, and basic service logs needed to operate and secure the app.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• create and manage your account;
• authenticate you and support sign-in features;
• save your favorites and completed activities;
• deliver password reset and account-related emails;
• operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the app; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app, including:

• Supabase, which we use for authentication, database, and related backend services.
• Apple, when you choose to use Sign in with Apple or download the app through Apple platforms.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Encore Kids, our users, or others.

Children's Privacy

Encore Kids is a family-oriented app, but accounts are intended to be created by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate parental involvement or consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, contact us and we will review and delete it as appropriate.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
